Family Erupts after DUI Cop is Released on Bond

Victim's family are upset after accused cop Joseph Frugoli, is released on a $500.000 bond. Frugoli was accused of DUI hit and run that lead to the death of 23 yeard old Andrew Cazares and 21 year old Fausto Manzera.
