Jacob Zuma can "smell victory"

South Africa's ruling party leader Jacob Zuma said Thursday he could smell victory in general elections, addressing 2,000 cheering supporters at the African National Congress party headquarters in Johannesburg. The ANC was hovering around the two-thirds mark in initial poll returns in a vote expected to launch Mr. Zuma into the presidency.
