The summer festival season kicks off this week with Jazz in the Park and Riversplash, but both events have some significant changes. Jazz in the Park attendees will not be able to bring outside alcohol into Cathedral Square Park and Riversplash organizers plan to fence-off the event. FOX 6's Cathy Orosz sorts out the changes.
