African style gets runway relook

They're a signature style of traditional African fashion, but colorful textiles are now getting a contemporary remake by designers from the continent and the diaspora. It's part of a trend to reshape design for Africa's jet set -- a coveted, affluent group who are influencing trends from Nairobi to Paris.
