China voices opposition to N Korea's tests

China, North Korea's closest and most powerful ally, has voiced resolute opposition to the secretive regime's nuclear test in a rare instance of open criticism between the two communist neighbors. On Tuesday, following Pyongyang's firing of a series of short-range missiles, Beijing urged a return to nuclear talks.
