Cathy Carrilli lost her husband on 9/11.  As she grieved she came to realize she had the power to define his legacy and sure wasn't going to be sadness.  Check out magic Cathy is creating for some special veterans and their new dogs.  Oh, did I mention on her way to helping others, Cathy found love once again.
