Guantanamo setback for Bush

The Pentagon insists no conclusions should be drawn after judges dismiss charges against Guantanamo Bay detainees. Judges say they lack jurisdiction under the strict definition of those eligible for trial by military tribunal under a law enacted by the U.S. Congress last year, but their ruling does not affect American authority to detain the 380 foreign suspects indefinitely at the naval base in south-east Cuba.
