Suspect In Waukesha Stabbing Called 9-1-1

A 55-year-old woman was found stabbed in her second floor apartment Tuesday night in Waukesha. Both neighbors and police say flashing red and blue lights are a common sight in the 900 block of Arcadian Ave. in Waukesha.
