Milwaukee Day Care Van Driver Offers Girl Cell Phone and Chips for Sexual Favors

22-year-old Ronell Howlett was supposed to the someone the young girl could trust. He drove her each day from her school, The Life Academy, to a daycare center. One day in May he did more than driver her from school to after school care. According to court records, the 9-year-old asked him to stop at the store so she could buy chips. The criminal complaint says Howlett told the girl that if she wanted some chips, she was going to have to "do something nasty".
