Refugees return to the Sahara after Cuban education

Some 160,000 Western Saharans have been living in refugee camps in southern Algeria since 1975 when Morocco annexed their homeland. Many refugee children are educated by friendly countries overseas only to return qualified but with little chance of finding work.
