Billy the Basset Hound was set to be destroyed at a high-kill shelter in Tennessee until a group of volunteers called Pilots 'N Paws stepped in. The organization swoops in to fly dogs to foster homes throughout the country. The pilots donate their time and planes, so any help from supporters is always needed.
