FOX 6 shows you the faces of Wisconsin's Most Wanted every week in our segment with the US Marshals. Now these fugitives are getting more face time thanks to a new crime fighting tool. Ray Smith is the distributor of "Local Mugshots", a newspaper dedicated to fighting crime.
