Spain condemns end to ETA truce

The armed Basque separatist group says its ceasefire ends at midnight on Tuesday and threatens new attacks. The rebels, who killed two people in a bomb attack at Madrid airport in December, say they are ending the 15-month ceasefire because of what they called arrests, tortures, and every type of persecution by the Spanish government.
