Shia LaBeouf takes his scooter out for a spin without a helmet

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA - Shia LaBeouf, who's drivers license is currently suspended, takes his scooter out for a spin. The "Indiana Jones" actor is supposedly mid-way through his year long driving ban which after reportedly refusing to take a breathalyzer test following a car accident last July. He also seemingly failed to wear a helmet whilst riding on a public road, thus breaking the California Helmet law. (July 24)
