NEW YORK, NEW YORK - A cigarette smoking Mischa Barton plays it cool as she stopped by the NYPD. The troubled actress is fresh out of the hospital and has been on set for her upcoming TV show "The Beautiful Life", which is filming in Manhattan. Mischa was recently discharged from Cedars Sinai Medical Center, in Los Angeles, after being in an 'involuntary psychiatric hold'. She wasted little time getting back to work as her new show is slated to begin airing in September. (July 30)
