Riots erupt in Bolivia

Riots erupted in Bolivia's central city of Cochabamba after the regional governor spoke against President Evo Morales. Governor Manfred Villa recently voiced his support for the autonomy movement being spearheaded by the neighbouring Santa Cruz department, which is demanding a greater say in how to spend local taxes and the freedom to not follow Morales' reforms.
