One day after Dell announced it would acquire Perot Systems in a deal worth $3.9 billion, Credit Suisse downgraded shares of Dell (DELL) from Outperform to Neutral. The firm believes there will be difficulties in the integration of Perot Systems and the firm has lowered its price target from $19 per share down to $16.
