Sandridge to Acquire Bankrupt Crusader Energy Group

Oklahoma City-based oil and gas exploration and production company SandRidge Energy (SD) said it would buy bankrupt Crusader Energy (CKGRQ) for $230 million. SandRidge will pay $85 million in cash as well as issue common shares priced at $13.45 per share to pay for the acquisition.
