Johnson and Johnson has purchased an 18 percent interest in Dutch Crucell hoping to develop a universal flu vaccine. The shares purchased by Johnson and Johnson are newly created, and Johnson and Johnson cannot buy any more Crucell shares for three years without the consent of the company.
