UAL Offering Drives Shares Lower

UAL Corporation's (UAUA) stock is trading lower in the premarket after the parent to United Airlines aid late yesterday it would sell 19 million additional shares of stock, as well as $75 million in convertible senior notes. UAL said it will use proceeds of the offering for general corporate purposes.
