LOS ANGELES, CA - **EXCLUSIVE** Abby Wilson thinks he ex-boyfriend Joe Francis is "...losing it". Abby tells us that "Girls Gone Wild" founder Joe has been sending threatening texts telling her to "...be scared" of him and that he is going to sue her. Joe is desperate for Abby to stick to his story when it comes to the version of events from the night when Joe brawled with Brody Jenner. Abby apparently triggered the melee between Francis and Jenner and Jenner's girlfriend Jayde Nicole.
