Joe Madison talks to MyPeopleTV about how he became The Black Eagle. Many people don't know that there is such a thing as a black eagle. It is the largest species of eagles in Tanzania Africa. The name was first given to an early African American aviator pioneer and hero named Hubert Julian after he parachuted from the sky during the funeral of Madam C.J. Walker and placed a reef of flowers on her casket.
