Amazing Rescue Caught on Tape

Quick thinking by a man in the Bronx, may have saved a young boy's life. Dramatic video shows a man jumping into action as flames engulf an apartment building in Parkchester. The man says he heard the boy's screams... and immediately ran to the rescue. He used the fire escape to get to the fourth floor to save a child who was nearly overcome by smoke. The boy is in serious, but stable condition this hour. The good samaritan owns the store across the street.
