Sykes Enterprises (SYKE) is buying ICT Group (ICTG) for about 263 million dollars in cash and stock. The combined customer management and business process outsourcing company is expected to generate 1.2 billion of annual revenue, and is expected to realize synergies from the merger of about 20 million dollars annually.
