Vonage App To Offer International Calling on Smartphones

Vonage (VON) said today it will offer a downloadable application for Apple iPhones (AAPL) and RIM Blackberrys (RIMM) for discounted international calling. The internet calling program could save users as much as 50 percent as compared to regular wireless rates, and callers will still be able to use the cell phone network as well as Wi-Fi to make calls.
