LOS ANGELES, CA - **EXCLUSIVE** Complete with their designer Louis Vuitton doggy carrier, Heidi and Spencer Pratt introduce their new puppies Dolly and Ninja. They were happy to take their tiny pups out for a walk in the Hollywood Hills, although the lucky new arrivals were carried for most of the way.
