Anheuser-Busch InBev to Sell Eastern European Breweries

Anheuser-Busch InBev said today it is selling its Eastern European breweries to private equity firm CVC Capital Partners for an initial price of $2.23 billion. The deal could hit $3.03 billion if CVC gets a certain return on its investment.
