Carter's (CRI), an apparel maker for babies and children, had previously scheduled its third quarter earnings release for tonight, but announced this morning that an accounting matter arose relating to its wholesale customers. The company said it will need more time to review its accounting, and said it now expects to report earnings by November 12th.
