EU Approves Pepsi Bottler Acquisitions

The European Union has approved PepsiCo's (PEP) acquisition of two of its bottlers, Pepsi Bottling Group (PBG) and PepsiAmericas (PAS). THE EU said the deals would not raise soft drink competition concerns in Europe.
