Anadarko Profit Plummets

Anadarko Petroleum (APC) announced late last night that its third quarter earnings plummeted, to $200 million, or 40 cents per share, as compared to $2.16 billion, or $4.58 per share, in the same quarter last year. Adjusted results totaled a loss of $51 million, or 11 cents per share, better than analysts expected.
