Berkshire Hathaway to Acquire Burlington Northern

Warren Buffetts Berkshire Hathaway (BRKa) said today it will acquire all outstanding shares of railroad Burlington Northern Sante Fe (BNI). It will pay $100 per share, for the 77.4 percent of Burlington stock it does not already own.
