Comcast Earnings Jump 22%

Comcast (CMCSA) said today its fiscal second quarter profit jumped 22 percent, to $944 million, or 33 cents per share, as compared to $771 million, or 26 cents per share, in the same quarter last year. Revenue at the US largest cable company was up about 3 percent, to $8.8 billion.
