NEW YORK, NY - Musician Billy Joel is seen leaving a restaurant after having lunch with his new girlfriend. She came out of the restaurant first, trying to cover up in front of the cameras, and then ran off down the street. Billy came outside, bundled up in a coat and limping, after her, but could not find her. October 27, 2009.
