Glimcher Realty Trust (GRT) is selling two of its mall properties, to a new joint venture formed with partner The BlackStone Group (BX). The joint venture will acquire the Lloyd Center mall in Portland, Oregon and the WestShore Plaza mall in Tampa, Florida.
