Suspect held in teen murder

A 26 year old man is behind bars after being charged with the murder and kidnapping of a teenager in Kansas. The suspect, Edwin Hall, was seen on security cameras leaving a Target store shortly before the 18 year old victim was kidnapped last Saturday. He was arrested hours after the body of Kelsey Smith was found in a park, 4 days after her disappearance.
