Serbs bitter over U.S. Kosovo policy

The row over Kosovo's future has turned into a high-stakes diplomatic row between Russia which backs Serbia in its opposition to independence, and the United States and the West who believe such a move is the only viable way to ensure stability in the southern Balkans.
