Flash floods inundate Texas

Severe weather warnings remain in effect in much of Texas on the heals of flash flooding caused by heavy rain. The American Red Cross is sending aid to help flooded residents...many of whom are preparing to spend much of the day on the the rooftops of their flooded homes.Jon Decker reports.
