EU moves to restore aid to Abbas-led Palestinian government

The European Union said Monday it would restore hundreds of millions of dollars in funding to the Palestinian Authority,as Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas moved to further weaken rival Hamas by dissolving a joint security council.
