Motorola (MOT) has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Microsoft (MSFT), the latest stage in an ongoing battle between the two companies. Motorolas Motorola Mobility unit is suing Microsoft alleging it infringed on 16 patents related to Microsofts PC and server software, Windows Mobile Software, and the Xbox.
