The city has decided to put in wifi hotspots at 6 different intersections along Main Avenue. The state is paying for the 4 thousand dollar project. Riley Bates works at Thai Basil, a restaurant on Main, and thinks the free internet access will be good for business. "It will draw more people to Main street…the actual wifi itself. Therefore they'll have places to eat on Main, places to shop, I mean everything seems to be centrally located right here on Main so I think it will definitely bring more business," said Bates. City officials say they hope to have the program up and running within the next 30 days. They're already working to get federal money to expand the program to the entire city.
