'North Korea will shut down reactor'

The head of a European Parliament delegation confirms North Korea is willing to shut down its nuclear facilities. Hubert Pirker led a five-member European Parliament group which spent four days in North Korea meeting senior officials. The reactor, at Yongbyon, is the source of bomb-grade plutonium for North Korea, which conducted its first nuclear test last year.
