a legal battle between the navajo nation and people trying to keep their homes is starting to heat up. ranchers on the reservation are at risk of losing land that has been in their family for generations. liz lastra is live in farmington with a look at the fight. liz? i spoke with ranchers today who say they are having their homes taken right out from under them. and as more ranch leases come up for renewal on the navajo nation -- officials tell me every rancher will be affected. justin yazzie has been ranching for years on the navajo nation -- and is one of 30 ranchers that's in jeopardy of losing his property. that's because the navajo nation has decided to finally start enforcing an old bidding process. "it seems like they can change the codes or the laws whenever they want to and that's not right" yazzie and the other ranchers have filed a lawsuit against the navajo nation to try to keep their land. the navajo nation agricultural department released a statement saying...
