we talk to the brothers of a suspect who walked into unm hospital with a gun and fired at least one shot -- putting the hospital and the unm campus on lockdown. we checked with police just before the newscast they tell us 21-year-old cesar dominguez garcia is still on the run tonight. jeff maher has been following the story since it broke. he's live at u-n-m hospital with our big story. jeff. dominguez-garcia's brothers want him to turn himself in before he gets hurt or killed running from the police. we also got ahold of these surveillance pictures from the hospital -- showing dominguez-garcia right after he fired his gun. these video surveillance still images show 21- year-old cesar dominguez-garcia running to the minute thumbnail 10:01 pm stairwell on the 6th floor of the hospital after firing the shot -- a man follows closely behind. nobody was hurt. the shooting created chaos on the ground, with an army of police staked out on lomas, and dozens of panicked hospital workers, patients, and visitors watching, and waiting. dominguez- garcia fired the shot after getting into an argument with his girlfriend and beating her up. the couple's two-month old was going through surgery at the hospital, at the time of the shooting, there was a lot of family there. the girlfriend called dominguez-garcia's brothers right after it happened. "she started talking to him about some girl and he just got mad" "they have a good relationship, it's just on the rocks here and there, you know what i mean" after firing the errant shot, dominguez-garcia ran down the stairwell, and ditched his shirt and gun. his brothers -- have a message for him. "i hope he's safe and we love him very much, and just, be careful" "fool -- turn yourself in, that's the best thing you can do" dominguez-garcia
