Man dies in Valencia County single-vehicle rollover

deputies are on the scene of a fatal suspected dwi crash in valencia county. and it may not be long before a family gets the horrible news that a loved one has died. joe vigil is live on highway 6 in valencia county with what we know.. a tow truck is removinghe truck right now. deputies tell me if the driver would have hit someone on highway six more people would probably be dead right now--in part because of how fast he was going. here is the truck behind me. it rolled three times in the single vehicle crash. the driver was ejected and died at the scene officials with the office of the medical investigator removed the unidentified man's body from the scene a short time ago. a sgt. says deputies found beer bottles and cans in a debris field that stretches about 200 feet. deputies say the man came around a curve heading west---crossed into the east bound lane and then rolled. "the initial report was that he passed a vehicle going westbound and the driver of that vehicle he passed advised us he was going in excess of 100 miles per hour." the man did have identification on him. we're told authorities will be heading to an address on that identification tonight to find out if he lives there and break the bad news. if alcohol is confirmed here deputies believe this would be the first dwi related death of the year in valencia county
