susana martinez is tackling the continuing problems at the department of workforce solutions. just a couple hours ago, she laid out her plan to curb wait times for unemployed new mexicans trying to take care of their benefits ovethe phone. kayla anderson was there today for the governor's announcement. this month the department of workforce solutions is averaging about 51-thousand calls a week. the first part of of governor martinez's plan, is to increase the minute thumbnail 05:00 pm number of customer service representatives from 30 to 41 in the next week. then, in about a month federal funding that's already in place, will allow the department to nearly double the number of representatives -- to a total of 70.
