Water restored to Ruidoso residents

ruidoso leaders say water has been restored to all customers. village officials tell us.... the only homes without water- are the ones that no one livein. we're told volunteers and more than 100- national guard members worked through the night. 14-hundred homes in the upper canyon lost water service for at least seven days-- following the winter storm that froze and broke a number of water pipes. we're told fema finished it's assessment in ruidoso-- putting a price tag of 1.7- million dollars.... for all the damage caused.
