Technology shares are higher at mid-day as the sector rallies following Dell's (DELL) earnings report after the market closed yesterday. Dell is sharply higher after topping Q4 earnings expectations and meeting revenue estimates. The computer firm posted revenue of $15.7 bln, in line with Street estimates. EPS were $0.48 on a GAAP basis and $0.53 per share on a non-GAAP basis, vs. Street estimates for $0.37 per share. Meanwhile, TASER International (TASR ) announced that it has received considerable follow-on orders of TASER X26 and ADVANCED TASER M26 electronic control devices ECDs and related accessories from two international customers.
