Ventas Reported Mixed Q4 Results, Top Line Up 12.7%

Ventas Inc. (NYSE:VTR) reported Q4 FFO of $0.77, ahead of consensus estimates of $0.75 per share. Revenues for the quarter rose 12.7% year-over-year to $268.0 million, missing consensus estimates of $274.0 million.The company said that its board of directors increased its Q1 2011 dividend by 7.5% to $0.575 per share. It is payable on March 31, 2011 to stockholders of record on March 11, 2011.Ventas sees 2011 FFO of $3.06 to $3.14, vs. consensus estimates of $3.11 per share.
