Tesoro and Ultra Petroleum are neck and neck with over 4 times the average amount of puts, a sign that investors may see some weakness in the sector. Lastly, Retailer Best Buy clocks in at 3.9 times the average amount of puts after a large block of contracts saw sold just before their expiration date.
