Here's a look at earnings and economic data for the week of February 14th.Monday, February 14th kicks off earnings reports from MGM Resorts (MGM) before the opening bell and Agilent Technologies (A), Marriott (MAR), and FMC Technologies (FTI) after market close. No major economic reports are scheduled for release on Monday.On Tuesday, February 15th, you can expect Sirius XM Radio's (SIRI) earnings report early on the morning. Rovi Corp (ROVI), Tesla Motors (TSLA), Allscripts Healthcare (MDRX), and Dell (DELL) will be reporting their earnings in the afternoon. Economic data due out on Tuesday include Empire Manufacturing figures, the Import Price Index (MoM), and Retail Sales at 8:30AM ET and Business Inventories at 10AM ET.Mid-week, Dean Foods (DF), Devon Energy (DVN), Owens Corning (OC), and Cablevision Systems (CVC) will report early on Wednesday, February 16th. Also reporting in the AM are Genzyme (GENZ), Deere (DE), Comcast Corp. (CMCSA), and retailer Abercrombie & Fitch (ANF). NVIDIA (NVDA), Cliffs Natural Resources (CLF), CBS Corp (CBS), Express Scripts (ESRX), and Skechers USA (SKX) will close out the day with earnings results after the closing bell. Also look out for the following economic reports on Wednesday: Housing Starts, Building Permits, and the Producer Price Index at 8:30AM ET as well as Industrial Production and Capacity Utilization at 9:15AM ET. You can expect minutes from the Fed's FOMC meeting to be available in the afternoon at 2PM ET.On Thursday, February 17th, watch out for earnings from Newfield Exploration (NFX), Huntsman (HUN), Dr. Pepper Snapple Group (DPS), Waste Management (WM), J.M. Smucker (SJM), Liz Claiborne (LIZ), and Apache (APA) before the bell. Also reporting later on in the day are Clearwire Corp (CLWR), Nordstrom (JWN), Brocade (BRCD), CF Industries Holdings (CF), and First Solar (FSLR). The Consumer Price Index and Initial Jobless Claims are set to report changes at 8:30AM ET. Leading Indicators and the Philadelphia Fed reports will follow at 10AM ET.Finally, to close out the week, Campbell Soup (CPB) and EOG Resources (EOG) will both report earnings results Friday morning, the 18th of February. There will be no economic data or earnings released after the bell at the end of the week.
